Gift voucher prices apply only to vouchers purchased in advance and are not applicable to standard bookings. The voucher must be purchased and paid in full to secure the voucher and promotional price.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Vouchers may be used for individual sessions and selected bookings, but cannot be used for parties, weddings, birthday parties or other general events.

Vouchers are valid within the Langeberg area only. Travel outside the Langeberg area will incur an additional travel fee, which will be confirmed when booking.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise. Any additional services, travel fees or costs not covered by the voucher will be payable by the voucher holder.

The voucher must be presented or quoted when making the booking. Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
